About Rhino Ridge
Rhino Ridge is a family-run game farm located South-East of Gobabis, not far from the Botswana border. We are driven by a deep passion for nature and the outdoors - a passion we want to share with our guests from near and far.
We offer a unique and exclusive retreat in the Kalahari bushveld. Our cosy accommodation is ideal for small groups or a family seeking a private and tranquil getaway. At Rhino Ridge you can spend your holiday on your own terms: Relax, explore and make memories with those closest to you, accompanied by over 30 Plains Game and abundant Birdlife.
As a Self-Catering accommodation, Rhino Ridge gives you the opportunity to enjoy braais and home-cooked meals while surrounded by the beauty and vastness of Namibian nature. For those looking for a special treat, we offer Bush Dinners. Alternatively, a Private Chef can prepare meals for you during your stay.

Chalets
We have four chalets, each with an en-suite bathroom, a double bed - and a view of the waterhole.
Family Unit
For parents travelling with up to three children, we offer a family unit with a master bedroom and children's room.
Communal Area
Gather at the farmhouse, which includes a pool overlooking the waterhole, garden, braai area, kitchen and lounge with fireplace.
Activities & Adventures (Available from Q3/2025)
Adventures in the Wild
Explore the Kalahari with our guides and get close to our wildlife, learn the basics of tracking and search at night for endangered species such as pangolins. Or go on your own hike, bike ride or bird watching.
Culinary Delights
Looking for a catered option? At Rhino Ridge you can hire a personal chef to prepare your meals. We can also arrange exclusive bush dinners or provide a braai pack with fresh farm produce.
Active Retreats & Events
From survival to fitness bootcamps to yoga retreats: Rhino Ridge offers a variety of active programmes. Get moving in the great outdoors of the Kalahari, and relax in our facilities afterwards.
